Sausalito

Sausalito is the most logistically particular place on our map, and the reason is water. Houseboats and floating homes have limited power and limited water, no hose bib in the usual sense, and access by gangway. We bring what we need and work inside those limits, which is not something every cleaning company will agree to do.

Salt air is the constant on the bay side. Window tracks, sills, and exterior glass collect residue here faster than almost anywhere else we work, and mildew settles on shaded north faces. Recurring service keeps that from turning into a deep clean every time.

Hillside homes above the waterfront bring their own logistics: steep driveways, tight parking, and a real walk from the street to the front door. We factor that in when we quote, so the price reflects the actual job rather than a square-footage guess.
