Millbrae

Millbrae is a small, tightly laid-out city: blocks around Broadway and the transit center, then decades of ranch homes and small multi-units behind El Camino Real. Those houses are practical and lived in, and they stay clean on a regular schedule far more easily than through occasional hard scrubbing.

Commuter households mean the place is empty on a Tuesday, so we schedule Millbrae in the evening and on weekends more often than not. Keys, codes, and lockboxes are standard here, and you get a message when we start and when we finish.

Move-out work is common, especially units near the transit center that go back on the market quickly. We clean those flat-rate and to the checklist a property manager actually walks: cabinets and appliances inside, tracks, baseboards, and floors last.
