Berkeley

Berkeley runs on a lease calendar, and we plan for it. Late spring through August is wall-to-wall move-out cleaning here, and those jobs are graded by a landlord, not by eye. We clean them to that standard: inside every cabinet, appliances in and out, tracks and baseboards, floors last.

The rest of the year is recurring house cleaning, much of it in older homes. Brown Shingles and the hills houses have wood and plaster surfaces that respond badly to aggressive products, so we match the cleaner to the finish.

We also handle small offices and clinics near downtown and along San Pablo, on early or evening routes.
